“RULES”
LAWS & Ordinances: LAWS: TEN – Ordinances are to detail laws define boundaries such as for manslaughter.
Manslaughter cannot be claimed against an enemy. The death of an enemy at your hand cannot be an accident.
v. “JUDGMENTS”
These come after one’s activities relative to the RULES. They can be GOOD or bad !!!! Something is amiss here and further study is required.

Does not capture the full scope of RULES that covers both LAWS and Ordinances. Unlike 2Chr.17 above where the words involved child to child, here they are from GOD to child and thus both can be used for GOD INSTRUCTS and TEACHES.
