This verse will need some additional reading around it for additional understanding.
Tirshatha: a word probably of Persian origin, meaning :severity,” denoting a high civil dignity. Persian governor of Judea was called tirshatha. Probably, therefore, tirshatha = pehah = the modern pasha.
This is around 100 years after King Nebuchadnezzar II began to reign in Babylon and rule egypt and judea. Persia now rules the world.
Judaism, the religion, is about to be born. Go and study the book of Ezra where the priest became rulers, instead of servants as GOD had ORDERED.
“explaining” v. “taught”
“explaining” is interpreting and telling a group what the WORD means, but not letting each one on them go to GOD to learn the W.H.A.T. of GOD’S WORD.
This is important for in the time of Ezra the rulers, Ezra, who was sent to Jerusalem by Xerxes to take control for the Persian god king, was laying down an absolute hard line of the LAW of GOD without the SPIRIT OF GOD.
Why were the people mourning and weeping ??
For if you were one person, accepted as native by GOD, of the tribes and you would not join this congregation you were rejected and all your possessions taken.
And the ruler Ezra ordered that all women and children of foreign blood be removed and discarded from the congregation.
Would you mourn and weep if your family and everything you had was taken from you ????
Why were none of the men of foreign blood removed?
Because they were so crossbred that there were no true-bloods left.
GOD’S chosen were TRULY gone from the earth 2750 years ago !!!!
So this ruler-priest-scribe, Ezra, from 2600 years ago was not Native to GOD !!!!!
So how is it that a congregation claims a right to a promise that was taken away long ago ??
Thus judaism is just a group of crossbreeds that want to own the LAW OF GOD and keep it for themselves: a religious god – a religion – a servant of salacious satan!
Interesting how those who scribe the words and priestly explain the words, want to rule the words. They do it to claim their way to be holy for their own gain!!!!! Didn’t salacious satan manipulate the WORD of GOD for his own gain in the Garden when he raped Eve ?

2. Go and study appendix “c” in TOG 1 of GOD 20Feb2016?
3. Does GOD want us to be humble and contrite?
4. When we are truly humble and contrite does our spirit not mourn and weep?
5. Why do rulers tell the people not to mourn or weep?
6. Is it because people who mourn and weep look for answers from another?
7. Does GOD want you to look to HIM and HIM ALONE for the answers?
